Abstract
In this research, a new four-variable Shear Deformation Theory is utilised to investigate the bending behavior of Imperfect FG sandwich cylindrical shell that are exposed to a load that is distributed evenly. In this theory, the number of unknowns is reduced to four by employing an undefined integral. Furthermore, there is no requirement for any shear correction factor to be included in theory. Furthermore, it is believed that the effective constituent material properties of the top and lower layers of the FG sandwich cylindrical shell fluctuate smoothly and continuously only in the thickness direction. In contrast, the core layer made of porous material. The notion of virtual displacement is utilised to obtain the equations that control equilibrium for simply supported FGSCSs. By applying Navier's method to several different FGSCS schemas, they can derive their respective analytical solutions. A comparison is made between the results obtained and those of previously published research. Within the scope of this investigation, the power law index, side-to-thickness ratio, porosity distribution type and geometric ratio impact on the bending behavior were all taken into consideration.
